- No Refund on Course Purchase
- All payments made towards this platform are final and non-refundable.
- Once access credentials are issued, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstance.
- No Refund on Platform Access
- Platform access is included as a value-added benefit to education and is not a separately billed service.
- There is no partial or full refund available for the education platform usage.
- Exceptions (If Any)
- Only in cases of duplicate payment, Refund request to be made within 5 days of payment, Approved refund amount will be credited within 7-10 working days.
- Refunds for duplicates will be made to the original payment method used by the client.
- How to Raise a Refund Request
- Email your concern to connect@education.stockvista.in with payment details and reason.
- Our team will verify and respond within 5 business days.
- StockVista’s Discretion
- All refund decisions rest solely with Us and will be final.
- Filing chargebacks without following this process may lead to permanent account termination.
